The term “Participating Members” as defined by Gray Digital:
A Gray Digital Participating Member is one who has completed any and all required membership documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. Has paid their Gray Digital Pro monthly membership fee of $200.00*. And who has actively participated in Gray Digital Projects & Services such as funding a principal balance in the Gray Fund.
As of September 01, 2024: All Gray Digital Participating Members are required to complete KYC registration for continued participation in the Gray Fund.
All Participating Members are subject to the terms outlined in the section of this document. The monthly membership fee is automatically charged to a credit card or debit card of your choice using Gray Digital Pro Subscription Management portal found within the menu bar of the Gray Digital website.
