An overview of Gray Fund Deposits (Updated September 2024)

Who can deposit?: Participating Members of the Gray Digital, Gray Fund are able to deposit funds towards their Principal balance.

When can I deposit?: Participating Members can deposit funds during the deposit window each quarter. This deposit window falls on the last two weeks of a given quarter. For example: Last two weeks of March Last two weeks of June Last two weeks of September Last two weeks of December These dates will be updated on the website, twitter, telegram and discord community.

Where do I deposit?: Deposits are completed on the Gray Digital website, within the decentralized application (dApp) https://graydigital.com/dapp/fund. This requires the connection of a verified wallet address. Once your wallet is connected, you will scroll down to "Deposit" on the dApp (reference image below).

What do I deposit?: Deposits can be made with USDT and USDC on nine (9) networks: Ethereum (ETH), Binance Chain (BNB), Polygon(MATIC), Avalanche (AVAX), Optimism (OP), Arbitrum (ARB), Base, Solana (SOL) and Tron (TRX).

What is the Minimum or Maximum amount for deposit?: There is no Minimum or Maximum amount for deposit. In the event that a Participating Member would like to deposit a large amount (Over $100,000.00), please contact Gray Digital team members first.

Is there a “lockup” of invested funds?: There is no “lockup” of funds other than the one public withdrawal window per quarter made available to all Participating Members. All withdrawals of rewards are subject to a 15% fee.

Direct Wire Transfers: Large Deposits also have the option to utilize a wire transfer from the Participating Members bank or credit union directly to the Gray Digital corporate account. These funds will then be immediately transferred to the IBKR Brokerage upon receivership.

Note: The deposit window is announced during the last week of each month and closes at the beginning of the new month. These dates will be updated on the website, Twitter, Telegram and Discord community.
