Acceptance of Risk: As a user of the Gray Digital Ecosystem, you acknowledge and agree that there are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based blockchain-enabled system including, but not limited to, the risk of failure of hardware, software, and Internet connections. You accept and acknowledge that Gray Digital will not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions or delays you may experience when using the Gray Digital Ecosystem, however caused.

2. Investment Risk: The investment in Blockchain assets involves a high degree of risk, including but not limited to volatile market price swings or flash crashes, market manipulation, and cybersecurity risks. In addition, cryptocurrency markets and exchanges are not regulated with the same controls or customer protections available in equity, option, futures, or foreign exchange investing, and are subject to abuse and fraud.

3. No Guarantee of Income or Profit: Gray Digital does not make any guarantee about the potential income or profit from any investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. It is possible that your investment may lose value, possibly substantially.

4. Tax Liability: You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your transactions. The Gray Digital is not responsible for determining the taxes that apply to your transactions on the platform.
